How we make cakes with whipped cream

All cake designers in UK offer butter cream or fresh cream as options (extra fee).They say : "whipped cream not working under icing"'s true ?...absolutely NOT! They don't know how do it or use cheap ingedients and reason why they can't do it correctly.How we make it ? We don't use cheap/poor butter cream..even don't offer it to our clients....Best quality ingredients + Satin Ice roller foundand = delicious cake and quarrante of unique flavor. See below
